There are always potential breakout stars each and every season, a player that analysts believe will have that “big” season.
Parker is an ‘Aj Green’ type of receiver, from a physical standpoint, and although the injury to quarterback Ryan Tannehill certainly hurt the Dolphins, the signing of Jay Cutler should bode well for fantasy owners who play Parker.
Cutler showed off his arm during Thursday’s preseason tilt between the Dolphins and the Philadelphia Eagles by launching a deep pass up the right-hand sideline to Parker who went up top over Eagles cornerback Ronald Darby to haul it in and race to the 2-yard line.
The play shows a ton of potential especially when you consider that Jay Cutler had only been with the Dolphins for a few weeks, is more experienced that Tannehill in Adam Gase’s system, has a bigger arm than Tannehill and has a track record of success working with receivers with a frame and talent of Parker’s.
Jay Cutler goes deep and…

Cutler made a name for himself in Denver for his work with Brandon Marshall and again in Chicago with Marshall and Alshon Jeffrey.
So, it is easy to assume that Parker, who is primed for more target and has had a tremendous training camp, is poised for a monster fantasy season.
